The monitor went crazy and had to back it (Restore) up after mom’s update. Just sits there like a bump on a log. That evening went to turn on the computer and same thing happened and was never able to restart it again. check over here

Ask ! That is illegal software. If not , check the charger with a VOLTMETER... Please understand that Im a college student (read: poor) and dont have cash to drop on a new PC, not to mention the important files on my old harddrive.

Yes, Ive tried the recovery disc in safemode and i get 3 options. 1, to completely do a factory reset 2, to just reset the Operating system but leave other files The front processor light is lit like the PC is constantly 'working,' but nothing happens.
