If you have a new system with NO thermal paste on the CPU, put some on (if your system is older, check the CPU and put some more on). I looked at the BSOD message after disabling auto restart previously, one major thing it told me to do was disable caching/shadowing is bios...??? id suggest a fresh install of your windows OS. I pre-ordered Vietnam for BFBC2 when I bought BFBC2 and it turns out that was the problem. What fixed it for me are the 10.3a and now 10.3b drivers. But likely it was the CPU temp, BC2 is a very CPU intensive game (apparently, hence all the i5/i7 quadcore buzz).
