The crash took place in a standard Microsoft module. A quick Google search will reveal that this is the driver for NVIDIA graphics cards, so you now have somewhere to start. The PSU is a 750 watt Tough Power and I think that it is about 8 years old.The ram is a single set of Corsair Vengeance- 16 GB (4x4 GB)- DDR3-

This appears to be a typical software driver bug and is not likely to be caused by a hardware problem.
