Good job. And for the record: can I also scan with my printer/scanner if it's connected like you propose here? The Windows 7 machine shows the printer (HPC5380) as default, but wont print. It helps me connect my printer from Win7 to XP in no time.
Good luck. HP has no win7 driver for this yet so had to use the deskjet 5550 driver.
