Almost couldn't find it.
So after everything loaded I gave it 5 minutes before even touching my computer. This is a temporary band-aid though and needs a fix ASAP. I've not done the upgrade route so I can't unfortunately help there. I was using an SSD for the boot drive and a HDD for storage, including default save location for Windows Apps as well as Documents, Pictures, etc.

Also noticed scrolling on my browser isn't as smooth as it used to be. Right now, im copying my files from the old account to the new one. (been 1 hour in the new account without any problems/freezes). To know or not to know ...... this content I'll certainly give that a try.
Then uncheck them all. Windows 8.1 or 10Boot normally. We recommend contacting Microsoft or waiting for the next Windows update.
