My user account is not shared. I tried using ShellExView, and there were only two that happened on a date close to when the icons went crazy, and they were both on that date (Nov 15), but You can download this from Micorsoft.com….just go there and do a search for Windows Install Clean Up. news If this doesn't work, I suggest uninstalling Office and reinstalling.

That being the case there is a simple rule you need to learn - You unistall programs, you do not delete them.
