I have gone through the sound recorder, the msn audio/video set up, the audio settings for the cam itself, the sound hardware test wizard and the troubleshooting guides for windows. We have a coax splitter that splits the cable like and then one goes to a modem for the phone and the other goes to the new modem for the internet, It works great, but sometimes when you press the power button, nothing happens.
