so this what work's for me I reset my computer again only this time I change the way that I do business I change auto Update to manual update. Automatic updates are a very good idea, but if there's a serious issue with the update then you need to stop it and troubleshoot the issue before giving Windows back the Solution: None of the solutions listed here work for issue 1. Here are a few options that may work for you. This is frustrating. I suppose one could do that, but your solution to install a different OS is not germane to the discussion. I have a fair few updates to install now due to this; I can find the updates but Windows Update just won't download them at all.
The troubleshooter will find a bunch of problems that it claims it fixed, but it didn't. I have tried many different "fixes" outlined on many other sites.
